Adult Sunday School Classes at 9:30am

For Seniors-Our "Overcomers" enjoy an ongoing bible study each Sunday.  We are currently studying Ecclesiastes through a Charles Swindoll book called, Living on the Ragged Edge.  It is excellent, and you are always welcome! 

 

For Adults-

FEASTS OF THE BIBLE is a DVD-based study that beginning promptly at 9:30 a.m.


Dr. Sam Nadler is your guide through the feasts.  Brought up in a traditional Jewish home, Sam came to believe in Jesus as Messiah.  He served with Jews for Jesus, Chosen People Ministries, and is now president of Word of Messiah Ministries.

God’s redemptive plan is unveiled through the feasts of Israel.  The feasts are still relevant for our lives today because they-

-Show how Messiah Jesus is the fulfillment of the feasts and holidays

-Illustrate the Jewish roots of Christianity

-Explain history and symbolism in the Old Testament

Adult Prayer Meeting on Wednesdays at 7:00pm

Join us for a time of devotion, praise, and prayer.

 

AWANA

 

 

For children in Kindergarten through 6th grade.  We meet each Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 p.m. during the school year.

This Sunday evening Chris Clinchard will be speaking at the evening service.  Chris and his family are preparing to move to Turkey as missionaries! Come and hear how God placed His call on their lives to reach those who are lost across the sea!




Graduate recognition Sunday will be this week! We will be honoring our MABC graduates and praying for them as they begin this exciting new phase of their life!

We are starting to pray and plan for this year's VBS!!

The dates this summer will be Monday, August 5 - Friday, August 9.

Please pray about how the Lord would like to use you this year as we reach out to these young ones with our love and the truth of God's Word!



The BABY BOTTLE DRIVE for the CARE PREGNANCY CENTER is officially underway! Please take a bottle and start saving your coins so we can bring new life into the world and the kingdom of God!  The bottle drive will end on Father’s Day, June 16th.

Resources for Young Adults, Teens, Parents of Teens


We have two monthly magazines that can be borrowed pertaining to college-aged young adults and teenagers.  You can pick up COLLEGIATE magazine for those who are college-aged or LIVING WITH TEENAGERS for parents of teens.  Both magazines are located in the Gospel tract display at the gym entrance.  We are asking that the magazines be borrowed for one week and then returned to the display.  Both magazines focus on spiritual growth and current issues facing our young people in today’s world.

Volunteers and Help Needed:
 

Ministry Opportunity-Ministry teams are being organized to set up/tear down chairs in the auditorium and old sanctuary. If you would like to be a part of this ministry opportunity there is a sign-up sheet on the Info Table. For questions, more information please call Adrian Brayman or Scott Graham.

 
Children's Ministry:

We are in need of items for the children’s AWANA STORE. We need items of all sizes and prices.  We are asking that the items be new or

like new and appropriate for children in grades k-6th.  The kid’s love going to the AWANA STORE and getting cool things with the points they have earned.  If you prefer, you may designate a gift of money on your offering envelope and items will be bought for you.  Thanks so much!
